Training
Based on the successful Playtime! project, training is now available across the UK to
support schools and those that work with them.
There are two ways to access our training courses;
Direct delivery - we send a trainer to do 'in-house'
training with one or
more schools anywhere in the UK
T2T - we train and licence experienced trainers to deliver the course. For full details click here.
Playtime!
(one day training course)
For anybody in a leadership, management
or support role who wants to improve playtimes in schools. The
course focuses on the key success factors of the Playtime! project and
enables participants to explore practical solutions to meet their schools' needs.
Playtime! Practicals
(10 hour training course)
Specifically for lunchtime supervisors, this course can be delivered flexibly and
enables participants to develop key skills in providing great playtimes. Topics
covered include; play and playwork skills, play and behaviour, risk assessment,
providing play equipment and reflective practice.
We can deliver these courses 'in-house' or train suitably experienced trainers to
run these courses as part of our T2T (training to trainer) programme.
